The Cor-ission was briefed on the November 1972 projection of the status cf nuclear power reactor licensing schedules, anc on schedule deferrals during October 1978.
In addition, the Commission :as presented with a su=ary cf FY 78 licensing actions and a listing of cases pending before tne Licensing Boards, Appeal Scards and the Cor.~.ission.
The Commission requested that the board panel prc'/ide the Commission recommendations concerning possible modifications to the time constraints as set forth in AppendigWto 10 CFR Part 2, VI(c), regarding the rendering of initial decisions.
