Dear Mr. Roisman:
This is in partial response to your letter dated March 16,1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of all communications between the NRC and any Lerson r9garding the Interagency Review Group on Nuclear Waste Managt ment Report from October 1,1978 to date, and other document: in NRC's possession regarding the Interagency Review Group Report prepared by any person from January 1,1978 to date.
We are prepared to make the subject documents available for your inspection at NRC offices located at the Willste Building, 7915 Eastern Avenue, Silver Spring, MD.
Please contact Ms. Sandy Fucigna, High Level Waste and Transuranic Branch, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, at (301) 427-4433 to make arrangements to review the documents.
The review of five documents has not yet been completed.
We will inform you with respect to these documents as soon as that review is completed.
Seven additional documents have been referred to the Office of Science and Technology Policy, Executive Office of the President, and one additional document to the Department of Energy (D0E) for their disclosure determinatioil and direct response to you.
