The Commission, by a vote of 2-l', with Commissioner Bradford diss,
'g, accroved, as medified, two procosed orders which would: (a) grant ste..f's mcticn tc withdraw its petition f:r review of ALAB-399, thereby terminating Cc-ission review of ALAB-399, and (b) takir eview of ALA3-A87 anc directing the parties to prepare briefs on specified issues set forth in the revised Order.
Ccmmissioner Bradford's dissent was limited tc the Com.ission's decision to review ALA3 427.
