This refers to your application dated December 5,1978 requesting approval of Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Comoany's (CYAPC) Quality Assurance (QA) program to meet the requirements o' 10 CcP ' 1.5'.
As noted in ycur application, CYAPC has elected to " apply its quality assurance program...."
It is requested that CYAPC reference the latest revision to the FSAR where the existing oparational QA program for the Connectictt Yankee facility is documented.
Please submit seven copies of your response to this request within 30 days following receipt of this letter.
