This is in response to your letter dated March 13, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a list of all private individuals and organizations which are involved with nuclear material at the Charleston, routh Carolina Naval Shipyard.

NRC staff has informed me that such a listing may be obtained from the Department of the Navy, Charleston Naval Shipyard, Charleston, SC. The NRC maintains no list such as the one you requested.
