This refers to your application dated May 11, 1978 requesting approval of your Quality Assurance (QA) program as meeting the QA program requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
In connection with our review, we have determined that your proposed QA program does not meet the requirement: of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 71.
To assist you in revising your applicai.ic?, we have enclosed a sample QA program for industrial radiography 1icensees dated May 24, 1978 whica is based on a May 1, 1978 letter to package users.
Please submit seven copies of your revised apolication within 30 days of the d.ite of this letter.
