SUMMARY
DISPOSITION ON THE "SECOND GROUP" 0F CONTENTIONS On February 5,1979, the Applicant filed motions for summary disposition on Suffolk Contentions ha(ii), (iii) and (xvii), 12a(iii), 17a(i), 17a(ii), 20a(i) and (ii).
Only 20a(i) and (ii) have been admitted.
The others were admitted for discovery purposes oniv and must be particu-larized after t'e close of discovery or they will be dismissed.
Suffolk responded on February 22, 1979, and the Staff's response (erroneously dated February 2, 1979) was received on March 7, 1979.
