ATTACEMENT Following is the list of Requests for Design Change (RDC) work items for which field work may be performed within the next few weeks.

The relationship of the work with the Control, Auxiliary, and Fuel Building structures is briefly summarized below:

RDC No Modification Relationship 77-079 Item 13:

Addition of The work involves placement of a moveabic access control point in access control station and addition of a the Auxiliary Building standard hollow metal door and controls at the west end of the Auxiliary Building at eleva-tion 45 f t.

The control station installation requires ceiling and floor attachments for electrical boxes and conduit in the Auxiliary and Control Buildings.

No attachments to shear walls are required for this modification, except as described below.

The door addition requires six 3/8 in. dia-L ter, approximately 3-in. long anchor bolts for attachment of the door frame to adjacent wall surfaces.

Also, two 1/4 in. diameter, approximately 3-in. long anchor bolts are required to attach a small fire extinguisher at a new location on a wall.

The walls involved are Control Building shear walls.

Installation of the anchor bolts will not reduce the capacity of the shear walls to resist the recuired seismic loads.78-003 Modification of annun-Annunciator alarm windows will be removed and ciation in control wiring modified in control room electrical panels C19 and C27 panels.

There is no work outside the panels involved for this modification.78-006 Modification of control Two control switches will be replaced with switches in panels C28 switches with an extra contact block in and C18 control room electrical panels.

Only minor wiring changes inside the panel are involved for this modification.77-058 Modification of sample Two 3/8-in. check valves will be removed from line in primarv sample a sample line and replaced with tubing spools.

room No attachments to or penetrations of walls are required.

The primary sample room is in the Auxiliary Building at elevation 45 ft.

MR 78-3724 Addition of cabinet A freestanding cabinet will be placed in the for radioactive source Control Building at elevation 45 ft.

Th e un it locker and portable will contain the radioactive source locker and radiation detection various portable radiation detection ins trument s instruments.

No attachments to building walls will be required for this modification.

Page Two RDC No Modification Relationship Not yet Modify instrument and The work involves relocating supports for assigned service air, and gas existing 2-in. diameter instrument and service lines in the Auxiliary air lines, and a 3/4-in. diameter nitrogen Building gas distribution line at elevation 45 f t in the Auxiliary Building.

These pipe supports will require the addition of 24 1/2-in diameter, approximately 4 in, long, anchor bolts attached to the exterior of the cask loading pit west wall, which is a shear wall.

Installation of the anchor bolts will not reduce the capacity of this wall to resist the required seismic loads.
