MOTION 3Y CONSOLIDATED INTERVENORS TO WAIVE CERTAIN REQUIREMENT 3 0F 10 CFR 2 708, FORMAL REQUIRDIENTS FOR DOCUMENTS.

Consolidated Intervenors hereby request that the requirement for double spaced text as provided for in 2.708(b) of 10 CFR, be waived.

The financial burden placed on Intervenors is greatly exacerbated by the double-spacing requirement as it increases the number of pages that must be duplicated and mailed. This volume could be reduced by one half if the requirement were waived.

We urge the Board to grant this motion.

Respectfully sumbitted, s'
