Gentlemen:
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1 SEP Topic V-10.A Shutdown Cooling System Heat Exchangers In Reference (1), the NRC Staff transmitted a draft evaluation on the above subject SEP topic and requested that Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) review its factual correctness.
In response to that request, our review has indicated that the draft is substantively correct in its discussion of the design features and surveillance at Millstone Unit No. 1.
