Gentlemen:
This refers to the Physical Protection Inspection conducted by
Mr. J. L. Belanger and Ms. G. M. Christof fer of this office on
January 22-24, 1979, of activities at the Research Reactor Facility
authorized by NRC License No. R-103 and to the discussion of our
findings with you and other membera of your staff at the conclusion
of tae inroection.
The enclosed capy of our inspection report identifies areas
examined during the inspection. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures
and representative records, observations, and interviews with
personnel.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified
during the course of this inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection concern a subject matter
which is exempt from disclosure according to Section 2.790 of
the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal
Regulations. Consequently, our report of this inspection will
not be placed in the Public Document Room.
