Review of Chapter 1, Title 10, CFR 71, by the Radiation Protection Of ficer, Safety Office, Quality Assurance Office, and Chief, Movement Services Division, reveals that shipments by this comand of specif-ically licensed :natorials do not exceed the quantitics of type "A" raaterials as defined in 10 CFR 71.4(g), 71.1, and 71.7(b).

In victs of the foregoing, the Quality Assurance Office contemplates no action in establishing a Quality Assurance Program unless direc-tion to the contrary is received.
