The Comission grants your request dated January ll,1979, for withdrawal of your application dated January 14, 1974, and has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed " Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility License". The amendment would have authcrized an increase in steady state power level and also an increase in maximum reactivity insertion for pulsed experiments for your TRIGA Mark III reactor.
