(COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Transnuclear, Inc. The Commission (with all Commissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to export to Canada 779 kilograms of uranium, enriched to 4.05%, in the form o'f uranium hexafluoride.
The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on February 1, 1979.
It is requested that you provide notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to Transnuclear by c.o.b. February 14, 1979.
