Current criteria are:

10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J, " Primary Reactor Containment Leakage Testing for Water-Cooled Power Reactors", and each plant's Technical Specifications.

The organizations involved in ILR testing are aware of these criteria.

As you were promised, your non proprietary correspondence, including " Critique of Containment System Leakage Test Requirements" has been filed in the Public Document Room.

It is available there for public review.

Further action by the NRC is not appropriate until completion of the pending review by the NRC of your comments and recommendations.
