Dear Mr. Haynes:
Concerning your letter (Reference I) and our rer,ponse (Refer-ence II) relative to the new liquid waste storage frcility and recent conversations with Mr. T. Kenny, Resident NFC Inspector, the following information is provided.
Construction of the new liquid vaste storage facility-has been completed in that the system has been flushed, hyd,roed and tested. The system is presently capable of receiving ar.' stfting liquid waste if required but will not be placed in servicep 6 1ess needed, until minor construction deficiencies are resolyed. We expect to resolve these items in the next no-h.
We will keep you advised of our progress.
