NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO CFUR'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME On September 2, 1980, CFUR (Citizens For Fair Utility Regulation) filed "CFUR's Motion For Extension Of Time."
In this motion, CFUR requests an extension of time, until September 15, 1980, to respond to " Applicants' First Set of Interrogatories to CFUR and Requests to Produce," which was filed on August 13, 1980.
The NRC Staff has no objection to the requested extension of time.
