FitzPatrick Emergency amendment public conference call discussion points - 6 The licensee should check the last paragraph of page 4 of 15 of the draft attachment. In that paragraph, it stated that, for a DBA LOCA with only offsite power available through the remaining transformer, 71T-2, Reserve Station Service Transformer T2, the LOCA analysis is dependent on the full complement of equipment served by the 10600 bus. It may imply that the AC power via 71T-2 is required. However, the DBA LOCA was performed with the assumption of Lost of Offsite Power (see, for example, Fitzpatrick UFSAR Sec.
6.5). This statement should be consistent with the UFSAR.
