Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.248, TN Americas LLC herewith submits the subject Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 1030 NUHOMS HD Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR), Revision 7, for docketing. This update to the UFSAR incorporates changes to the NUHOMS HD System implemented by TN Americas LLC under 10 CFR 72.48 from September 29, 2017 through the date of this letter.
I certify that this submittal accurately presents changes made since the Reference submittal.
The changed areas are marked as follows.
Changed areas are indicated using revision bars in the right-hand margin.
Newly inserted text is shown in italics.
There are no CoC amendments incorporated into Revision 7. All revision bars on Rev. 7 pages represent TN 10 CFR 72.48 process changes.
In addition, in order to make this submittal coincide with the summary report of 10 CFR 72.48 evaluations, TN Americas LLC hereby submits a 10 CFR 72.48 summary report pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2). The last 10 CFR 72.48 summary report was provided in the Reference submittal. Enclosure 4 provides a brief description of changes, tests, and experiments, including a summary of the 10 CFR 72.48 evaluation of each change implemented from 09/29/17 to 09/30/19, including indication as to whether the evaluations had

E-54806 Page 2 of 3 This submittal includes proprietary information, which may not be used for any purpose other than NRC staff use of the UFSAR. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Enclosure 1 provides an affidavit specifically requesting that this proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure. This submittal also includes security-related information, which should be withheld under 10 CFR 2.390. The Proprietary version of the UFSAR is provided as Enclosure 2. The public version is provided as Enclosure 3.
This submittal is being provided as an electronic submission, using the optical storage media (OSM) provision from Section 4 of the NRC Guidance for Electronic Submissions to the NRC.
Accordingly, a Document Components listing, and OSM#1 and OSM#2 listings are included at the end of this cover letter.
