Dear Madame,
Attached is a revised plan for the proposed transportation of classified matter for burial.
Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) discussed with members of the NRC several Requests for Additional lnfonnation. Although these requests were draft, GLE understands those requests and have revised the Transportation plan accordingly. Therefore GLE is requesting both the approval for secure burial in the NNSA Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) of classified items associated with the project in accordance with 10CFR95.47, and the approval to transport these items to NNSS via GLEP-00079-R, Revision 1 to the Transportation Plan in accordance with 1 OCFR95.39( e ). Attached you will find the transportation plan, revision 1 for your review and approval. To meet project requirements we request approval by Oct 30, 2019.
