Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Nuclear Instruments Corp.
License No. 48-13752-01 Based in the inspection conducted on March 10, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. The item is an infraction.
License Condition 16 states that the licensee shall possess and use licensed material in accordance with statements, representations and procedures contained in application dated July 28, 1975.
Item 11 of this application states that survey instruments will be calibrated every six months.
Contrary to the above, on the day of the inspection, the licensee stated that none of the survey instruments had been calibrated since March of 1979.
