Our letter (Reference 1) submitted for NRC review and approval, an applicatien for license amendment consisting of proposed radiclogical ef fluent Technical Specifications for the La Crosse 3 oiling Water Reactor as required by Appendix I of 10 CFR Part 50.
Your recent letter (Reference 2) informed us that the application submitted involves consideration of a single safety issue which requires a Class III amendment fee of S4,000.
Therefore, enclosed, herewith, is a check in the amount of $4,000 to cover same, pursuant to 10CFR 170.22.
