Attached is a copy of the NRC Staff's findings of fact and conclusions of law in this proceeding regarding financial qualifications of the Applicant.
These findings should be inserted into the Staff's proposed findings in the form of an initial decision relating to the issuance of a construction per=it for the proposed facility, which will be submitted following the conclusion of the evidentiary hearings in this proceeding.
