Dear Mr. Cerusky:
This supplesments my previous letter to you dated November 29, 1971, concerning the AEC Determination to suspend Certain construetfos Activ-itias at the Three Mile Island Huelear Generating Station Units 1 and 2 earrantly under construction by the Metropolitan Edison Company and Jersey Central Power & Light r==p==y.
Upon conaMaration of the Ceepenias' answer to the Counaission's Order to Show Canae, it has been determined that cause has been shown for recon-sideration and withdrawal of the Order to show cause only to the extent it applies to lines other than the Juntata line (copy enclosed).
Upon consideration of the licensecs' answer to the order to show cause, it has been determined that the Director of Repsiatics's determination should be redified so as to provide for the sesspension of constreetion activities involving the off-site portion of only the Juniata transmission line for the Three Mile Island Euclear Generating Station, t'ait 2, pending complation of the NEPA envirosamental review relating to these matters.
Tbe Director of Begalation has served on the license.T an order suspending such constreetion activities.
