Operating License DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 In response to your letter of October 2'2,197k--which requested that we submit by December 1,197L, an applicatien for an amend ent to our facility operating license to revise the " Administrative Controls" section of our Technical Specifications--please be adviced that a.
=cre time is required for us to t e able to meet the intent of your request while ensuring we create no serious administrative er operational problems fcr ourselves: therefore, we vill not be able to submit the amendment applicaticn by your requested date of Dece=ber 1,197k, and b.
We presently anticipate being able to submit the amend-ment anplicaticn by December 12, 197b.
