The Environmental Coalition on Nuclear Pcwer filed five Petitions to Intervene concerning the above listed co'.;cr stations, either presently t
licensed or holding construction pemits. Since t:;ere is no present action by ilRC concerning these plants, it has been P.cided :o treat l
the petitions to intervene as Orders to Show Cause under 10 CFR 2.206 as an enforcement action requesting suspension of lice.nse r pemit.
