.~s ut, Tony Upchurch, Chief Administrative Services Branch Cu October 2, 1974 I plan to send nine members of the ETSB technical staff to visit the Bree Mile Island facility, located near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Wis visit is part of a continuing train.ing program designed to maintain and upgrade the competence of our technical staff by direct site visitation.
De employees visiting the plant will leave Bethesda on the morning of October 2 and return the same eventag.
Travel plans include the need for two goverment cars or a s'aitable van to carry the nine passengers. We cars should be assigned to J. Malaro and M. D. Silverman who both hold GSA licenses. The trip will involve mirtimal government expense and loss of work time.
