Coc:ple'a We nave reviewed Amndment Mos. 43 and 44 (dated 11/1/73 and 11/15/73, respectively), of the subject FSAR wnich, in our area of review, consisted of a complete reissue of Section 12 Conduct of Operations and Section 13, Initial Tests and Startup.
The amendment for section 12 included tne addition to tne plant staff of an Assistant Superintendent, a General Engineering Staff, and a Shift Suoervisor (SRO) on each shift; and reflected a enange in tne home office organization to whom the Plant Superintendent reports.
Fcr emer;ency planning, the action levels for initiating the Radiation Emrgency Plan have been redefined.
In Section 13, the Test Program Description and the Augmentation of the Apolicant's Staff subsections have been expanded, and reorganized to conform to the Standard Format.
We find that the material submitted is acceptable and does not change our findings as stated in Sections 13 and 14 of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station L' nit 1 Safety Evaluation Report dated July 11, 1573.
