Antarent Infraction Contrary to the requirenents of Technical Specification 6.1.1.3.e.3, during calendar year 1975 a GCR3 review of violations of technical specificatiens i
and license requirements was not conducted for items of ncncc=pliance delineated in Region I Inspection Reports 50-289/75-01, 75-oh, T5-06, 75-08, 75-13, 75-lk, 75-15, 75-20, and 75-23 This is an infraction.

Corrective Actions:
The General Office Review Poard (GOR 3) chair =an has been notified of the above j
described situation, and he has taken steps to ensure that all of the subject inspection report ite=s of non-cc=pliance are reviewed by, GOR 3 in their next meeting (currently scheduled for June,1976).
I Preventative Actions:
I So as to avoid further situations of this type, the GOR 3 vill continue receiving copies of all responses to TMI-l inspection report noted iters of non-cc=pliance, and the GCR3 vill review the in a timely manner felleving receipt.
