Technical Specification 3.5.2.4.d requires the core power quadrant tilt to be nonitored at a nininum frequency of two hours, when core power exceeds 15 percent of rated power.

Contrary to the above, the core quadrant tilt was not nenitored between 2303 on 5/26/76 and 0120 on 5/27/76 when the core power was above 15 percent of rated power.
One Deficiency identified thrcugh your internal audit progrs= and for which corrective action was initiated is set out in the inspection report. No additional infor=stion is needed for this iten at this ti=e.
