Dear Mr. Lewis:
I was asked to respond to your recent letter addressed to Harold R. Denton, Director of the Commission's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
In that letter you requested information regarding a bulletin issued on June 30, 1979 in relation to the Davis-Besse plant. You indicated that this t,ulletin
" ordered that the Davis-Besse plant not be reopened." We have been unable to identify such a document issued by the Commission on that date.
We would like to address your inquiry fully, but we will need additional infor-mation from you in order to do so. We attempted to contact you by phone to discuss this matter through the address given in your letter, however, we were unable to obtain your telephone number.
