Pursuant to Reference (1), we are submitting for approval as Enclosure (1) five (5) copics of the Security Force Training and Qualification Plan for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor.
In accordance with your determination contained in Reference (2),
a check in the amount of $4,000.00 is enclosed to cover the approval fee.
It is requested that the submittal (Enclosure 1) be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Section 2.790 of 10 CFR, Part 2.
