Federal Register Notice NUCLEAR REGUIA" DRY CCMMISSICN ADVISCRY COMMITTEE CN REAC'ICR SA.M SUBCCIMITTEE CN 'nIE IA CROSSE NUCLEAR PNER PIANT Notice of Meeting The AOLS Subcommittee on the La Crosse Nuclear Powr Plant, will hold a meeting on June 30, 1979 in Room 1046, 1717 H St., N.W., Washington, IX:. 20555.
We purpose of this meeting is to review the overall condition of the reactor plant, and the status of the NRC systematic evaluation. Notice of this meeting was published on May 24,1979 (44 FR 30177).
In accordance with the procedures outlined in the Federal Register on Ck:tober 4, 1978, (43 FR 45926), oral or written statements may be presented by members of the public, recordings will be permitted cnly during those portices of the meeting when a transcript is being kept, and questions may be asked only by members of the Subcom-mittee, its consultants, and Staff.
Persons desiring to make oral statements should notify the Designated Federal Employee as far in advance as practicable so that appro-priate arrangements can be made to allow the necessary time during the meeting for such statements.
We agenda for subject meeting shall be as follows:
Saturday, June 30, 1979 8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of business.
'Ihe Subcocnittee may meet in Executive Session, with any of its censultats who may be present, to explore and exchange their preliminary opinions regarding matters which should be considered during the meeting and to formulate a raport and recountendations to the fall Committee.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the Subec.nittee will hear presentations by and hold discussions with representatives of the NRC Staff, the Dairyland Power Cooperative, et al, and their consultants, pertinent to this review.

. 5 Subcor:nittee may then caucus to determine wnether the matters identified in the initial session have been adequately covered and whether any aspects nee to be reviewed by the full Comittee.
In addition,.it may be necessary for the Subcor=.ittee to hold one or more closed sessions for the parpose of exploring matters involving proprietary infor-mation.
I have determined, in accordance with Subsection 10(d) of Public r.aw 92-463, that, should such sessions be required, it is necessary to close these sessions to prote:t proprietary information (5 U.S.C. 552b(c) (4)).
Further information regarding topics to be discussed, whether the meeting has been cancelled or rescheduled, the Chai un's rulirs on requests for the opportuni present oral statements and the time allotted therefor can be obtained by a prepaid telephene call to the Designated Federal E=ployee for this meeting, Mr. John C.
