MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE OUT OF TIME The attached " Opposition to Petition to Terminate Docket was due to have been filed on June 4, 1979.
A one-day filing delay has resulted from the temporary interment and scrambling of major portions of its text, which was timely prepared in draft, in the memory of a new and still somewhat independent-minded word-processing system in the office of applicant's counsel.
The " Opposition" is being served on the Board and all parties by Special Delivery rather than regular first-class mail, so as to compensate for any possible delay in its receipt by the Board and parties.
The proceeding will thus not be delayed by this one-day delay in filing.
