This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Transnuclear, Inc. The Comission (with all Comissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to import from France 5,500 kilograms of uranium, enriched to 2.3% U-235, in the form of UF -
6 The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on May 7,1979.
It is requested that you provide notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to Transnuclear by c.o.b. tiay 10, 1979.
