Dear Sir:
It was noted in your letter of April 2, 1979 that Duke failed to include the applicable revision number designation with regard to QA Topical Report, DUKE-1-A.
The currently in-force revision is Revision 4.
Ilowever, if cir-cumstances arise which require further changes to the QA Topical Report, that status will change.
Therefore, Duke commits to applying the most recently approved revision to DUKE-1-A to cover 10CFR 71.51 requirements. At this time, that is Revision 4.
