This refers to the Albuquerque Operations Office letter dated March 2, 1979 in response to our request for additional information for the Model No. MS 27684-2 package.
This reply was not responsive to the information requested in our letter of December 8, 1978.
For example, the requirements of 10 CFR 871.42 were not addressed. Also, supportive information was not provided for the contain-ment capability or the Fissile Class I requirement.
Finally, the necessary eight (8) copies of all information which we need to complete our distribu-tion was not provided.
Please advise us within thirty (30) days if you plan to provide the informa-tion as requested in our letter of December 8,1978.
