Request for Additional In fo rma tion ALP 1, D73 In part VII, " Audits," one of the semi-annual audits by the Primary Radiation Safety Officer should be replaced or augmented by an audit performed by an individual or team which has no responsibility in the activities being audited. This audit should include all activities related to radioactive material packaging including the related activities of the Primary Radiographic Safety Officer.

Include such a commitment in part VII.
