This is in further response to your letter dated February 13, 1978, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all background and briefing materials, correspondence, minutes, transcripts and other documentations related to the Department of State Briefing held on Tuesday, February 14, 1978 at 9:30 a.m.
Portions of a memorandum to the Commission dated January 23, 1978 (SECY 78-37) have now been declassified and are being placed in the Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
Enclosures 2, 3 and 4 of SECY 78-37 were originated by the Department of State (DOS) and are being referred to DOS for disclosure determina-tion and direct response to you.
