Thank you for your letter of March 13 regarding the Sundesert Documents which were marked for production in the above-captioned matter.
Although the NRC Staff will not currently require the reproduction of all of the documents which you identified in your letter, we would request the following:
- 1. Sundesert fluclear Project Briefing Document (July 1966)
Items 6 and 7, as identified in the Table of Contents:
"6.
Sundesert Transmission Corridor Study (p.) 8."
"7.
Participation (p.) 9."
- 2. AFC Consolidated Review (3d Review)
Section 1.3.4, as identified in Table of Contents "1.3.4.
Transmission Facilities (p. ) 1.4-2" Since some of these documents apparently were not filed with the f1RC they are not now realily available to the StF' for review. We would, therefore, appreciate reproduction e the above-specified material by the City of Riverside, pursuar. to our earlier agrcement, as soon as conveniently possible.
An examination of the tables of content indicate that a rather small number of pages is involved in reproducing the three items we have requested.
Other than these pages, the flRC Staff has no immediate need for.the other documents you identified in your March 13 letter.
