The purpose of the meeting is to meet with the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), Industry and members of the public to review and discuss the NEI White Paper, Implementing a 24-Month Frequency for Emergency Preparedness Program Reviews (ADAMS No. ML19260G281) supporting a 24-month emergency preparedness program review and to discuss possible revisions to NEI 99-02, Regulatory Assessment Performance Indicator Guideline to support the 10 CFR 50.54(t) 24-month emergency preparedness program review frequency option.
