On January 17, 1979, Certificate of Compliance Nos. 9126, 9127, and 9128 were issued in response to your June 20, 1978 application.
An application fee of $200 and approval fees totaling $3600 were paid as specified in fee Category 11E of Part 170.
In accordance with Footnote 4 of Section 170.31, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the application, and the actual review cost totals $9,880.
Since the maximum fees for the issuance of the certificates have been paid, no additional fee is required.
