In particular, we are withd: cuing our requas: tha: tha Specification 22

In addi-tion, the requested waiver of the requireman: that the contents of tha irner container be contained in a polyethylene bottia or metal can is being withdrawn.
It is undarstood that these waivers are no: neadad as these requirements are not applicable to the Type A c.uantity fissile radioactive material package described in our cpplicatica dated Sep;en-ber S, 1970.
The NNFD-10 package as describad in our raferenced cpplica:icn is a Specification 6M package with the addad rascrictice :he.t the packaga be limited to 55-gallon capacity. Tae innar con:siner is cens:ructec according to 2R specifications.
