Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the status of the proposed rulemaking, provide an overview of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 and the NRC staffs analysis of its impact to NRC regulations, and provide opportunity for public input.
Participants:
NRC/NMSS/Division of Rulemaking External Participants Alternatives to the Use of Credit Stakeholders Ratings Rulemaking Working Group Meeting This is a Category 3 meeting. The NRC staff will provide Category: presentations on the rulemaking and members of the public are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback.
