Inspecti'n Summary Inspection on February 26-28, 1979 (Report No. 70-1308/79-01)

Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection regarding (a) actions taken by the licensee to address four items of noncompliance identified during an inspection conducted March 6-7, 1978; (b) applicable procedural aspects of 10 CFR 73.50 (c) the approved security plan, dated September 1978 and required implementing procedures and (d) 10 CFR 73.70 require-Specifically, the inspectors reviewed areas relative to the licensee's ments.

security plan, securig organization, physical barriers, access controls, keys, locks, and combinations, detection aids, response controls, central alarm and communications system, testing and maintenance, records and reports, and reports of incidents. The inspection involved 49 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.

Results: Of the eleven areas specifically, inspected, three items of noncompliance were identified in three areas (Access Controls - Paragraph 6; Keys, Locks and Combinations - Paragraph 7; Detection Aids - Paragraph 8).

The items noted in Access Controls and Detection Aids are considered in-fractions. The item in Keys, Locks and Combinations is considered to be a deficiency. The previous inspection findings were corrected and are considered closed.
