As a result of this modification contract NRC 02-78-084, which was issued as an unpriced order with a monetary limitation of $59,000.00, for the performance of a Study on Crush Loads in Transportation Accidents is hereby definitized into a priced order (Cost Plus Fixed Fee) in the amount of $118,201.00.
B.
This modification represents agreement of both parties on the terms and condition of the priced order as set forth herein.
1.
All clauses contained in the unpriced order shall remain in full force and effect in the priced order, except that the following articles are deleted, added, or otherwise modi fied as follows :

Article XV Consideration Added (as follows)
A.
Estimated Cost and Fixed Fee, Obligation of Funds It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $118,201.00 of which the sum of $109,750.00 represents the estimated reimburseable costs and of which $8,451.00 represents the fixed fee.
B.
Indirect Costs Reimbursement of indirect costs shall be governed by General Provisions 34, fiegotiated Overhead Rates.
Pending the establishment of final indirect rates the contractor shall be reimbursed for labor borden at the provisional rate of 31.5% of direct labor, for labor overhead at the provisional note of 90.2%
of direct labor and burden, for General and Administrative expenses at the provisional rate of 22.5% of direct labor and burden, and for Support Cost Burden at the provisional rate of 3.7% of other Direct Cost.
