In response to your questions regarding the B&W Commercial fluclear Fuel Plant Measurement Control Program and in accord with subsequent discussions with members of your staff, we are enclosing the revised ficasurement Control Plan as Attachment 1 to this letter.

Since further infomation was needed in Chapter 3 of the Fundamen-tal fluclear Materials Control Plan in order to allo'c! detailed review of the fieasurement Control Plan, a revised Ff!MC Chapter 3 has been included, specifying all measurements of Sfif1 into and out of the plant. Chapter 4 (31easurement Control Plan) has also been revised to address f!RC's questions and comments.

The enclosed Page-Date Index specifies the current status of the Fundam3ntal f:uclcar flaterial Control Plan including the revised Chapter 4.

Due to the nature of the infornation expressed in the attachments to this letter, we request that the attachments be withheld from public disclosure as provided in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
