The licensee reported paper work concerns,

' radiographic technique and potential relevant defects in ASME Code Radiography of Class 2 & 3 pipe welds which had been previously reviewed and accepted by' Datiiels Construction, Conam and the Authorized Inspector.

This was noted in a recently performed' OA Audit where 14 of 30 piping cockets had some concernsf.

The audit is being expanded.
