SEQUOYAll N1JCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - DEFICIENT CONCRETE IN UNIT 2 CRANE WALL - NCR 1079 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector A. R. Ilerdt on July 20, 1978, and our final report was transmitted to your office on January 4, 1979.
The final report incorrectly stated in the corrective actions that thin steel plates have been used to protect the soft concrete.
Those plates have not been installed; however, they will be installed by February 15, 1979.
