KAWECKI BERYLC0 REQUEST TO AMEND LICENSE XCOM0049 TO CANADA Kawecki Berylco has requested an amendment to license XCOM0049 to increase the cuantity of Zircaloy II seamless tubing authorized for export to Canada for use at the Ontario Hydro Generating Station.

As the licensed material is scheduled for immediate export, Kawecki requested this amendment on an urgent basis so that all of the material could be shipped at one time to facilitate shipping arrangements and to reduce costs.

Due to the urgent requirement of the proposed export, this license amendment was issued without the customary 15-day waiting period.
